Privacy Policy — Traveldragons Click Recorder

This extension records clicks and form input on web pages a signed-in user chooses to record, in order to build a browser automation in their Traveldragons workspace.

What is collected

• Clicks, element selectors, and the text or values typed into non-password fields — only while recording is active, and only on the page(s) the user records.
• Password field values, and any text immediately around them, are never recorded.
• The workspace email and password entered on the extension's Settings page, sent once to sign in and exchanged for a sign-in token. The password itself is not stored by the extension.

Where it goes

Everything recorded is sent directly to the user's own Traveldragons backend (backoffice.traveldragons.co.uk) over HTTPS. It is not sent to, shared with, or sold to any other third party, and it is not used for advertising.

What is stored locally

The backend URL, the signed-in workspace's session token, and the current in-progress recording are stored in the browser's local extension storage. This data is not synced to Google's servers and stays on the user's device until the extension is signed out of or removed.

Retention and deletion

Recordings become automations inside the user's Traveldragons workspace and are kept until an account admin or the user deletes them from the dashboard. Signing out of the extension deletes its local session token immediately.
